Sialkot Region (Punjabi and Urdu: ضلع سیالکوٹ), is one of the areas of the Punjab territory of Pakistan. It is situated in the Majha district of Punjab, generally the upper east of the area. The city of Sialkot is the capital of the area. The Sialkot Cantonment was laid out in 1852. Sialkot Area was a rural district with woodlands during the Indus Valley Human progress.
